My first aim is not to overwhelm you, but to help you get into the BEST and most POSITIVE frame of mind.
This my friend is the starting point, by creating the foundation for a fertile body, you first need to create a fertile MIND.
I know in this moment your head and your heart feel like you are reaching a breaking point, defeated and tired.
I need you to understand that these feelings are absolutely understandable, expected and common.
For now, I want us to shift our attention from these draining feelings in order to make room to realize a bigger truth.
It's only when we truly believe in our hearts and in our minds that we are capable of creating a healthy baby, that our bodies will bless us with one.
Let’s dig a little deeper...When we look at how our bodies respond to stress and negative thoughts, it is clear that the two are strongly connected.
The same goes for thoughts about our own self worth and ability to conceive a child.
What we have to do then is turn our self-sabotaging thoughts into self-loving thoughts, so that our mind can signal to our bodies that it’s safe to conceive.
And for those of you like me, who have had to turn to treatments like IUI or IVF, your stress levels have now shot through the roof.
High stress levels lead to longer time frames to become pregnant as well as infertility.
At this point you may be wondering , “How can I remove the stressors and get my mind to a more peaceful environment?”
I’m so glad you asked! It's a scientifically researched practice called mindful meditation.
But even if meditation is not your thing, the main importance of this practice is that it triggers a relaxation response that can also be brought on by receiving a massage, practicing yoga or deep mindful breathing.
When you implement these practices into your daily routine, you are training your body and your mind to reduce stress, improve your mood, and even remove distracting thoughts which I know we all have plenty of!
The payoff is 100% worth it as I know that your goal is the same as mine...to get you pregnant as soon as possible in the most efficient and supported way.
